Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to schedule maintenance activities and support operational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience implementing and managing preventative, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience implementing or optimizing advanced Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Demonstrated experience with advanced automation, robotics, or PLC systems.
• Prior experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
