Network Team Lead/Manager - Systems Integrator

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team consisting of a Network Engineer, Systems Administrator, and Project Manager
- Oversee daily network and infrastructure support operations across client environments
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated technical issues and service delivery standards
- Coordinate network and systems projects from planning through execution
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex networking, firewall, and connectivity issues
- Work closely with the Project Manager to prioritize workloads, timelines, and client deliverables
- Develop and enforce best practices for network security, documentation, and operational consistency
- Monitor performance, conduct regular team check-ins, and provide coaching and mentorship
- Collaborate with leadership on resource planning, process improvement, and client satisfaction initiatives
- Support strategic technology planning, including infrastructure modernization and cybersecurity enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure roles
- Prior experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead capacity
- Strong understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise networking
- Working knowledge of Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
- Experience supporting multi-client environments or MSP operations
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and client stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced service environment
Preferred Qualifications
- MSP leadership experience strongly preferred
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Network+, Security+, Fortinet NSE, or similar
- Exposure to cloud networking and infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and service delivery metrics
- Experience driving cybersecurity best practices across networks and endpoints
Salary:
- $75,000 - $100,000
