📍 Location: Lincoln Park, MI
🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

🌟 About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Social Work Supervisor to lead the clinical and administrative delivery of services for children and families in the community. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on clinical excellence, staff supervision, and positive client outcomes within a therapeutic foster care model.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership to staff

• Oversee and review treatment records and reports

• Build therapeutic relationships with children, foster families, and biological families

• Assess and coordinate routine and emergency mental health services

• Make treatment, placement, and transition decisions

• Provide/coordinate crisis and emergency assessments , including on-call support when needed

• Monitor program outcomes, fidelity, and effectiveness

• Ensure timely completion of required reports and documentation

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling

• Michigan licensure : LMSW, LLP, or LPC (required)

• 3+ years providing mental health services to children/adolescents

• 1+ year in a supervisory role

• Strong clinical skills, DSM knowledge, crisis intervention experience, and cultural competency

• Valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
