Part-Time Executive Assistant
This is not your typical Executive Assistant role.
We’re looking for someone who wants to be in the room where ideas turn into action - a proactive, organized, and driven individual who can help a business owner move faster, stay focused, and execute at a high level.
This role will start part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position over time based on performance and business needs.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the business owner’s calendar, scheduling meetings and travel, handling email communications, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role will also support project coordination, research business opportunities, assist with social media and marketing efforts, and help manage real estate-related activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive Support & Organization
- Manage calendar, meetings, and travel logistics
- Assist with weekly planning and priority alignment (Strategic Coach)
- Monitor and respond to emails as needed
- Track and follow up on tasks to ensure completion
Operations & Execution
- Help move projects and initiatives forward from idea to completion
- Research industry trends, training opportunities, and business initiatives
- Support client follow-ups and key relationship touchpoints
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization
Marketing & Growth Support
- Assist with social media content, trends, and strategy
- Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows and support marketing efforts
- Support press outreach and new opportunity development
Real Estate & Investment Support
- Assist with managing short-term rental listings (Airbnb)
- Research and source real estate investment opportunities
- Help organize and track real estate-related initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or related experience (supporting leadership
- preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work
- independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving ability
- Proficient computer skills (email, calendars, virtual platforms)
- Familiarity with social media and digital tools; experience with AI tools or willingness to learn
- Interest in business operations, marketing, or real estate is a plus
