Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Develop, test, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to process performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Design and execute experiments to improve process robustness and yield.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions and P&IDs.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process control principles, P&IDs, and mass/energy balances.
• Proficiency with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot processes, analyze data, and implement optimization solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or industrial automation.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python for data analysis).
