Sales Territory Manager- Bobcat Heavy Equipment

Carleton Equipment Corporation
Oakland County, MI

Carleton Equipment is looking for a hard-working, driven salesperson to represent the Bobcat® brand across the Detroit area. This isn’t a desk job. It’s boots on job sites, shaking hands, solving problems, and putting the right machine in the right customer’s hands.

This position offers a base salary of $60,000, plus unlimited commission potential. When executed successfully, these positions consistently resulted in six-figure earnings year after year.

What the Job Looks Like

  • Get out in the field selling and demoing Bobcat equipment

  • Prospect your territory, follow up on leads, and earn repeat business

  • Work alongside our parts, service, and rental teams to keep customers running

  • Be someone customers trust when the job has to get done

What We’re After

  • Sales or equipment experience (construction, ag, or industrial is a big plus)

  • Strong work ethic and follow-through — say it, do it

  • Comfortable talking to customers on job sites, not just over email
