We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for a full-time Assembler position in our manufacturing facility. You will be involved in producing carpeted products for the automotive industry. This role requires the ability to work overtime, including weekends, and involves working 10-hour days six days a week. We offer a long-term position with significant advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and assemblies into presses.
• Perform inspections on carpeted products.
• Produce formed and trimmed products.
• Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs during handling.
• Consistently work towards production goals and efficiency metrics.

Essential Skills

• Experience in manufacturing and production.
• Strong inspection and quality assurance abilities.
• Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of stable work history.
• Reliable with good attendance and punctuality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Drug testing with THC
• Possess a proactive approach to learning and training.

Work Environment

Our facility operates three shifts (1st: 7-3, 2nd: 3-11, 3rd: 11-7) with approximately 70 production employees per shift. The environment includes 8-10 stamping cells with multiple presses, ensuring a high production output. Training is provided on the first day, and employees will be paired with experienced leaders to quickly become proficient. This is a Permanent position based out of Port Huron, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $37024.00/yr. 401k tuition reimbursement Health insurance PTO
