Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Pediatric and School experience to cover a maternity leave from August through the end of November, with the possibility of extension. The position is based in Holland, MI, serving two elementary schoolsone public and one private. This role offers a full-time schedule focused on providing comprehensive speech therapy services to young learners in grades K-2.

Responsibilities include conducting regular SLP duties with a caseload of approximately 50 students, encompassing both special and general education populations. The position requires delivering therapy in an on-site setting, ensuring progress according to individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaboration with school staff and participation in team meetings are part of the role, supporting a well-rounded approach to student care.

Desired qualifications and experience include:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings
• Ability to manage a caseload of early elementary students

This position does not involve supervision responsibilities but includes regular administrative and indirect hours for documentation and planning. The district utilizes an IEP system and provides necessary training. A dedicated space for therapy is available at each school site.
