Logistics Materials Coordinator

Based in Grand Rapids, MI 49503, you will orchestrate the movement of parts and supplies so production never misses a beat. If fast-paced environments energize you and you enjoy the rhythm of accurate, on-time material flow, this role could be a great fit.
A Day in This Role
- Accept and verify incoming deliveries, checking counts and condition before logging them into the system.
- Stage, label, and store items in assigned locations to keep the floor organized and the workflow smooth.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments with complete and accurate documentation to meet quality standards.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move goods where they are needed.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teammates to hit daily goals and deadlines.
- Keep aisles, racks, and workstations neat, following all safety practices.
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and timely stock adjustments.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification a plus).
- Keen attention to detail with strong organizational habits.
- Comfort lifting heavy items and performing physical work as needed.
- Clear communication and solid teamwork skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory and documentation tasks.
