Position Overview:
We are seeking driven and customer-focused individuals to join us as Outside Sales Representatives in the commercial/business insurance space. In this role, you’ll help other small and local businesses protect what matters most: offering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. If you enjoy building relationships, developing leads and connections, and making a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Engage in the community to develop leads and connections with area businesses.
- Educate business owners on various insurance products and coverage options.
- Make recommendations of policies and coverages based on clients' needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer informed guidance.
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and listening.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.

- Tech-savvy and able to learn computer systems quickly.

- Previous sales experience (required).
