We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative to assist the sales team in generating new business opportunities, maintaining client communication, and supporting daily sales operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups. This role focuses on supporting sales growth through lead generation, cold calling, client coordination, and administrative sales support activities.
The candidate will play an important role in helping the company expand its client base, maintain strong customer relationships, and support the overall sales process.
Requirements
I. Scope of Services Required 1. Lead Generation & Outreach- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and follow-up communications with prospective clients
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads for the sales team
- Schedule meetings and appointments with potential clients
- Maintain and update prospect and customer databases
2. Sales & Client Support- Support the sales team with client communication and coordination
- Follow up with leads and existing clients regarding inquiries and opportunities
- Help maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure timely responses
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and service delivery
- Administrative Sales Support
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Update CRM systems and sales tracking reports regularly
- Assist with preparing weekly and monthly sales reports
- Organize sales documents, contracts, and client information
- Support the team in achieving sales goals
- Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Help gather market feedback and competitor information
II. Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up communications
- Assist in generating and qualifying new business leads
- Support client communication and scheduling activities
- Maintain organized customer and sales records
- Prepare sales-related documentation and reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to support client needs
- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Support the sales team in meeting company targets
III. Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with clients professionally
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer service practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
IV. Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative support
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments
*Pay is based on Annual Salary plus the ability to earn commissions and bonuses.
