Marketing Operations Lead (Remote)
We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations – REMOTE. In this impactful role, you will lead the development of marketing operations from the ground up, ensuring that the backbone for the organization’s growth is robust and well‑architected. You will be responsible for aligning processes with strategic goals and managing marketing automation systems to deliver accurate data and reporting. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders will be crucial as you drive initiatives that support renewable energy and sustainability, and make a significant impact in a global leader within the clean‑tech industry.
Accountabilities
- Administer and evolve Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Own marketing data architecture and enhance lead scoring
- Create and mature reports to deliver clear insights
- Oversee website operations and manage relationships with web agencies
- Establish consent and privacy operations to ensure compliance
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in marketing operations in B2B SaaS environments
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation solutions and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Ability to design lead scoring and lifecycle automation frameworks
- Experience implementing AI tools for GTM workflows
- Strong documentation and stakeholder enablement practices
