Packaging Associate – Auburn Hills, MI – $16/hr

What You'll Do:

As a packaging Associate, you'll be an essential part of our production team, ensuring our products are packaged with precision and care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Packing and labeling pre-rolled products consistently.

• Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly line packaging.

• Maintaining product quality control and adhering to all compliance requirements.

• Keeping your workstation clean and organized to meet safety standards.

• Collaborating with warehouse associates and production staff.

• Assisting with inventory, order fulfillment, and other general labor tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking reliable individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a positive work environment. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Must be 21 years or older.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.

• The ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs , and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

• Previous experience in warehouse, packaging, production, or assembly is a plus, but not required – we're happy to train the right candidate!
