Groundskeeper
We are seeking a seasonal Groundskeeper to work from May 1st through October 31st, 2026. This is a part-time position with approximately 29 hours per week. Typical hours being Mon, Wed and Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and Thurs. 8:30am - 2:00pm. Some flexibility may be offered. Compensation $16 per hour.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Turn on the water supply for each building and install trap screens and doors.
2. Clean the grounds first thing in the morning.
3. Change light bulbs in building and lamp posts.
4. Plant flowers, pull weeds and turn on sprinklers.
5. Clean gtters and perform minor repairs.
6. Trim trees and bushes.
7. Repair fences.
8. At the end of the season, turn off the water supply for each building and secure access panels.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old or 17 with a work permit. Dependability and reliable transportation are essential.
