Salary Range: $39,000 - $59,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately within the ERP system.
• Liaise with production, shipping, and quality control teams to provide timely updates on order status and lead times.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product defects, shipping errors, or service issues, escalating as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs for effective relationship management.

• Provide technical product information and assist customers with product selection based on their manufacturing needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical product details.
• Ability to effectively resolve customer issues related to orders, products, or deliveries.
• Understanding of basic manufacturing processes, supply chain, and logistics.
