Responsibilities:

• Review RFQ from Purchasing Specialist and enter information
• Manage relationship with suppliers
• Work with suppliers on price quality and delivery of parts
• Analyze quotes received from suppliers and prepare quote evaluations sheets
• Negotiate costs with suppliers
• Process purchase orders for production parts
• Process requisitions
• Handle annual price reduction activities
• Help resolve quality and delivery issues

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a buyer or purchaser
• At least 2 years of experience with automotive manufacturer
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong supply chain background
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
