Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the mortgage loan application process from start to finish.
• Assess clients' financial situations and advise them on appropriate loan products.
• Educate clients about different mortgage options and rates available.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and other professionals in the industry.
• Review and analyze loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients and communicate necessary documentation.
• Stay updated on mortgage lending trends, products, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mortgage loan officer or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and partners.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness of applicants.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple loans and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with mortgage software and loan processing systems.
• A valid mortgage loan originator license is required.
