Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.

• Manage engineering project portfolios, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding and practical application of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing effective solutions for manufacturing challenges.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced robotics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Operations Management, Business Administration)
