Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, engineering, and plant leadership.
• Partner with manufacturing hiring managers and HR to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer extension and pre-employment screening specific to a manufacturing environment.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse talent within the manufacturing sector.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, or industrial roles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, terminology, and technical skill sets.
• Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates for skilled trades and technical positions.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with specific HRIS/ATS platforms common in manufacturing (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Certification in recruiting (e.g., CIR, CDR) or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Experience recruiting for niche technical roles within manufacturing (e.g., Automation Engineers, Controls Technicians).
