Construction Project Coordinator (Procore Proficient)

$55,000 - $65,000

We’re seeking Construction Project Coordinator with strong organizational and communication skills to support our project management team and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with coordination of daily project activities
• Maintain and organize all project documentation in Procore (RFIs, submittals, drawings, change orders, etc.)
• Track and update project schedules and milestone progress
• Coordinate material deliveries, vendor communication, and subcontractor schedules
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, daily logs, and progress reports
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and subcontractor pay applications
• Support project startup and closeout documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and field teams to ensure project information flows accurately
• Maintain organized digital and physical project files
• Follow up on outstanding documentation such as submittals, RFIs, and punch list items
• Assist with safety documentation and compliance tracking

Qualifications

• Proficient in Procore (required)
• Prior experience in a construction administrative or project coordination role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of construction job flow and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong document control habits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements

• Continuous lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
• Ability to individually lift and/or carry 25lbs
• Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
