Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Eclectic Logistics provides a flexible, driver-focused flatbed lease-purchase role serving Canton, MI. You will move flatbed freight on regional and over-the-road lanes, prioritizing safe load securement, on-time delivery and professional customer service.

Core duties:

• Operate flatbed equipment and follow HOS, logbook, and dispatch directions.
• Perform thorough pre-trip/post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Secure, tarp and chain loads to industry standards; plan load logistics.
• Keep accurate trip documentation and communicate with dispatch/receivers.

Compensation & Lease-to-Own: Earn 80% of gross (avg. $7,500–$10,000 weekly gross). Lease-to-own within one year; drive 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner. Pet/rider-friendly, 24/7 driver support and a 90-day test drive are included.
