Business Development Representative (BDR) – Sales (Remote / Flexible Location)

Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you will focus on outbound sales, primarily through cold calling and B2B prospecting . You’ll be responsible for reaching out to decision-makers, presenting our services, and closing deals. This role is commission-only with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to potential business clients.
Prospect, qualify, and book appointments with decision-makers.
Present and explain our services confidently and professionally.
Manage your pipeline from first contact to signed client.
Keep accurate records of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
Compensation
40% commission on setup + first month retainer for each new client.
11% recurring commission on client retainers for every month the client remains active.
Average reps can expect $80k – $120k per year . Top performers can earn $200k+ annually .
100% commission-only role with uncapped earnings.
What We’re Looking For
Prior sales, cold calling, or B2B experience is a plus (not required).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Motivated by results and income growth.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy enough to use CRMs, email, and phone systems effectively.
