Jr. Facility Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our experienced maintenance technician to learn and assist with a variety of maintenance tasks
- Help install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment under supervision.
- Assist with and support the upkeep and troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems as well as repair and maintain general building requirements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards
- Support response to requested maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Education : High School Diploma, technical training or coursework on on HVAC structures, plumbing, and electrical systems preferred
- Skills Required : Good manual dexterity, fine motor control, and basic understanding of electrical and mechanical fundamentals are essential.
