Enhancement Crew Leader (Hardscapes Leader)

Enhancement Crew Leader Apply Online: Looking for an opportunity where success comes naturally? Then you may have found your crew. We're looking for an Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team. You'd be responsible for: • Performing landscape construction operations. • Overseeing the operations of a landscape construction crew. • Operating heavy, medium, and small sized construction equipment (front end loader, skid loader, backhoe, excavator, dump truck, construction trailer, handheld cutting and compaction devices). • Ensuring safety practices are followed by you and your staff. • Logging all daily hours for you and your staff. • Ensuring equipment is safely loaded and secured for transport to and from job sites. • Communicating with your supervisor any job site needs, changes, and issues. • Properly logging a pre and post trip inspection of your vehicle daily. • Communicating with clients on the status of projects. • Ensuring that the quality standards of the company are abided by. You might be a good fit if you have: • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Hardscapes and Landscape construction fields. • 2 years (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew. • At least one year of experience in lawn care and landscaping a must; supervisory experience desired. • Chauffer's License with DOT Med Card. • Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed. • Ability to perform multiple forms of landscape construction ranging from basic tree and plant installations, larger landscape construction installations, hardscape installations. • Ability to lift weight exceeding 50 lbs. • Ability to problem solve on the job and adapt to site changes as they arise. • Ability to motivate and train your staff for the improvement of your crew and the company. • Sufficient experience operation heavy, medium, and small construction equipment. • Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit. • Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. • Reliable transportation And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have: • CDL A or B • Able to read architectural drawings. • Bilingual/Spanish is helpful.
