Sales and Marketing Coordinator
is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, managing campaigns,
analyzing market trends, and fostering strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth. The ideal
candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to
effectively promote our products and services. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in sales or marketing support
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media (e.g., Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok), email marketing, and content creation
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com
preferred; knowledge of Sonar is a plus
Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative marketing strategies
Willingness to travel for extended periods as needed Key Responsibilities
Develop and recommend strategies based on demographic and market research
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by promoting Lakeshore’s products and services
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and pricing
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lakeshore’s offerings and competitive positioning
Build and nurture relationships with community organizations, business associations, and key
stakeholders (e.g., city officials, DDAs, chambers of commerce)
Generate new business leads through strategic outreach and marketing initiatives
Close sales effectively and ensure post-sale customer satisfaction
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities
