Overview
Registered Nurse, Long-Term Care (LTC) in Petoskey, Michigan. This travel assignment starts June 15, 2026 and runs for 13 weeks. You’ll earn $1,860-$1,971 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. The shift is 3x12-hour days (630am–700pm) with every other weekend required, in a healthcare setting focused on long-term care services. The role is performed under direct supervision within the department and requires coordination with the care team to deliver patient- and family-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care for residents in a long-term care-oriented setting under supervision
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor for adverse effects and respond to changes in patient condition
- Perform routine assessments, document findings, and contribute to care planning with the nursing team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues and families to support patient and family-centered care
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance with regulatory and facility policies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

Requirements
- Active Michigan Registered Nurse license to practice in the LTC setting
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in long-term care (LTC)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, with every other weekend as scheduled
- MI LTC fingerprinting on file is a plus
- Able to comply with assignment expectations and facility policies
