Oracle Health has an exciting opportunity for an Engagement Management Consulting Practice Director to join our team! This position is responsible for leading a practice engagement management team to include program managers, project managers, Oracle Health integration architects and partner implementation responsibilities.

As an Engagement Management Practice Director leader, you will be responsible for business operations, revenue attainment, customer critical issues, and ensuring teams are delivering to standard best practices across engagement management for Oracle Health implementations. These teams are accountable for projects across a customer's roadmap. This encapsulates customer satisfaction, project leadership, resource planning, financial and risk management as well as project issues.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for operational/financial metrics

  • Supporting close partnerships with our customers and internal teams to drive an optimal customer experience and outcomes

  • Creating a culture of high associate engagement and supporting the ongoing growth and development of our associates

  • Develops strategy and plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve business objectives

  • Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters

  • Managing supply/demand; driving new revenue opportunities; and driving consistent and efficient delivery to support our financial plan and remain competitive.

  • Cultivating Oracle cross-functional communications through the creation and maintenance of strategic relationships with other lines of business which may include Product Development, Product Marketing, Support, Consulting Sales, and License Sales

  • Interacting with executive levels both internal and external regarding matters that influence policies and strategies

  • Assessing and managing business risk in pursuit of overall business goals

  • Managing a team of managers and individual contributors

Responsibilities

Expectations:

  • Travel expectation is up to 25% within their Billable portion of the role. Experience desired would be that of having implemented a full suite of Oracle Health products in Clinical and Revenue Cycle space and understanding Oracle Health's implementation methodology and operational compliance needs. Previous people management is required.

  • Has 4+ years of consulting services management experience with P & L responsibility and at least 10+ years consulting or industry experience.

  • Direct line Management experience including project, people, customer, financial management preferred.

  • Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the practice focus.

  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level.

  • Proficient in using selling and negotiation techniques and tools.

  • PMP and Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
