Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Support new product introductions by developing robust manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flows.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and resolve production challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, optimizing production processes.
• Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and DFM/DFA principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, automation, and tooling design.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) or industrial robotics programming
• PMP or other project management certification
• Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python/R
