PrideStaff is looking for a candidate who is seeking a document cross-checking, numerical audit, and issue resolution role.

Someone who enjoys precision, process, and puzzle-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced, structured, predictable environment.

Pay Rate $25-$30 hourly. Shift Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 p.m.

Key Focus:

• Document Cross-Checking & Numerical Reconciliation: Reviewing transaction documents and spotting numerical discrepancies, and verifying balance accuracy across multi-step processes.
• Proactive Issue Resolution: Identifying discrepancies and actively collaborating with internal teams to gather missing information and correct errors.

Required Core Competencies:

• Exceptional Accuracy & Detail: Ability to perform multi-step verification processes consistently without cutting corners.
• Active Queue & Follow-Up Management: Balance a multi-auction workflow. Because some auctions will pause while waiting for missing documents, the candidate must track pending items, circle back consistently, and keep things moving across the finish line.
• Proactive Communication: Send clear, professionally written emails (and make occasional phone calls) to request missing information, following up relentlessly until issues are fully resolved.
• Autonomy: A reliable person who takes ownership of their workload without needing constant oversight.
