Sales Representative
Bi-Lingual Arabic/English Call Center Sales Representative
Lipari Foods is hiring a Bi-Lingual Arabic/English Call Center Sales Representative. This position is key to the continued growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will be Bi-Lingual in Arabic and English, and a great relationship-builder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies customer needs, provides product/service information, and persuades customers to purchase.
- Handles incoming calls, addresses customer queries, and resolves complaints.
- Takes orders, processes transactions, and handles returns.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma required, bachelors degree preferred.
- Able to read, write and speak English and Arabic fluently.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or similar role.
- Understanding of sales techniques.
- Oral communication skills.
- Customer/client orientation.
- Problem-solving skills.
