Key Responsibilities

• Perform month-end and year-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Assist with P&L analysis, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.

• Manage fixed assets — additions, disposals, and depreciation tracking.

• Support cost accounting and inventory processes, working closely with production and operations teams.

• Assist with multi-state sales and use tax filings and compliance.

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and credit applications.

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and bank compliance reporting.

• Participate in audits and process improvement initiatives to strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2–5 years of accounting experience; manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong understanding of GAAP principles, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

• Proficiency with Excel and experience using ERP/accounting systems (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• A motivated, growth-oriented mindset — looking to advance into an Assistant Controller role in the future.
