Job Title: Machine Operator – Cardboard Manufacturing
Location: Grandville, MI
Schedule: 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday
Pay: $19/hr
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust cardboard manufacturing machines to ensure efficient production.
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from equipment.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Troubleshoot and report mechanical issues to maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and housekeeping guidelines.
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing preferred (training provided).
- Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, or production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts if needed.
