Contributing to the vision, strategy, planning, evaluation, design, development, and implementation for the Veterans Affairs project.

Support applications to ensure they meet objectives, contribute to the development of the overall solution roadmap, manage the delivery of services to clients and ensure business standards are achieved, and identify cross-functional impacts and areas of potential risk management.

Leadership aspects include mentoring associates, lead, direct and review the team's work to achieve operational and functional targets or objectives with a measurable contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and the overall testing program.

Establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and testing program objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.

Understand and explain policies, practices, and procedures within the immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team.

Identify, propose and lead the team- and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; participate and provide input on strategic initiatives at the department level and deliver consistent and timely training, guidance, and feedback to encourage and promote associate success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.

Provide primary input and recommendations on staffing and performance decisions for direct reports.

This role will involve working directly with multiple client-billable Task Orders and the role is considered billable in addition to performing the managerial tasks.
Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
-
6+ years of experience relevant to this position including 3 years of consulting experience. Management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the practice focus. Ability to travel as needed.

Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred Qualifications

At least 3 years people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

3 years of work experience with Oracle Cerner Millennium applications

3 years of Healthcare IT work experience

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
