Injection Molding Cell Production Technician

Do you like working with machinery, staying on your feet, and making sure every part looks its best? Can you follow instructions, work on your own when needed, and keep things organized? If that sounds like you, read on.
What will you do?
- Operate injection molding equipment within a production cell
- Check each run with careful visual inspections to spot defects
- Immediately report any quality or machine issues to a supervisor
- Keep your station neat, clean, and well-organized
- Support the team by handling materials and assisting with general tasks
What do you need to succeed?
- Fundamental skills in reading, writing, and basic math
- Ability to follow set procedures and work independently as required
- Physical capacity to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long durations
- Comfort working near active machinery and in a higher-noise environment
- Experience in molding is helpful, but not necessary to get started
