Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems to ensure continuous production.
• Oversee network infrastructure, servers, and cybersecurity measures across the manufacturing plant.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for manufacturing personnel and production systems.
• Lead the implementation of new manufacturing execution systems (MES) and automation projects.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and disaster recovery plans for plant operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify technology needs and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement of hardware/software for manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT leadership, project management, and team development.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing IT systems, including ERP, MES, SCADA, and OT/IT integration.
• Strong background in managing IT infrastructure, network operations, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Ability to align IT strategy with manufacturing business objectives and drive digital transformation.
• Experience with industrial IoT (IIoT), data analytics, and automation technologies in a production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in a production environment.
• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) environments, including SCADA, PLCs, or industrial control systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices specifically applied to industrial control systems (ICS) or OT environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
