Salary Range: $62,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and control circuits.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on industrial electrical equipment and components.
• Install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems, wiring, and instrumentation in a manufacturing environment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and motor control systems.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning and compliance of electrical installations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and PLCs.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Thorough understanding and adherence to electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Experience with various electrical test equipment, including multimeters, ammeters, and megohmmeters.
• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), servo drives, and other automated control systems.
• Demonstrated experience in performing preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and machinery.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotic systems maintenance and programming.
• Proficiency in advanced PLC programming and HMI development.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Certification or experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., thermography, vibration analysis).
