Salary Range: $69,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Design, develop, and implement new or modified production processes.
• Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and P&IDs.
• Lead root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives and new product introductions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process optimization, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with PLC/SCADA systems and industrial automation
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Familiarity with process simulation or CAD software
