Job Information:
- Class number: 149494
- Students: 1 adult
- Availability: Monday through Thursday between 9:00 and 11:00 am
- Frequency: 3x per week
- Length of the class: 1 hour per lesson
- Preferred start date: ASAP
- Current level: Intermediate-Low
- Student's languages: Portuguese (Native)
- Student’s language needs and goals: Speaking, listening, reading, and writing for day-to-day purposes
- Additional Information: Teacher must be able to deliver lessons with a highly interactive approach, including different examples, videos, pictures, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
- Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
- Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
- Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications:
- To have a native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
- To have a degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field. We will consider teaching certifications as well.
- To have a minimum of two years of ESL teaching experience
