Position Summary

The Appliance Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing residential and commercial appliances while delivering excellent customer service. This is a performance-based, commission-driven role ideal for experienced technicians who want control over their earnings and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances in-home and/or in-shop
• Provide professional, customer-focused service during all interactions
• Accurately estimate repairs using standardized pricing guides
• Complete service calls efficiently to maximize productivity and earnings
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and warranty guidelines

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Appliance Repair Technician (required)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across major appliance systems
• Ability to work independently and manage service routes effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to maximize earnings
