Salary Range: $48,000 - $68,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, ensuring accurate product specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, lead times, order status, and shipping schedules.
• Coordinate with production, quality control, and logistics departments to resolve product or delivery issues.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and warranty claims, facilitating resolutions in line with company policy.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of manufactured products, components, and production capabilities.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding order delays, changes, or new product information.
• Document all customer interactions, order details, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems for order processing and customer data management.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, or supply chain logistics.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical or logistical customer inquiries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or industrial products.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management.
• Understanding of supply chain logistics and shipping procedures.
• Ability to interpret basic technical specifications or product data sheets.
