Salary Range: $133,000 - $184,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L), budget, and financial performance to achieve organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Drive operational efficiency through the application of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership and management
• Strong P&L management and financial acumen
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities to achieve business growth targets
• Deep understanding of quality systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, M.S. in Supply Chain Management).
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global markets or supply chains.
• Proven experience with M&A integration in a manufacturing environment.
