Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure products consistently meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Manage supplier quality programs and conduct supplier performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key quality performance indicators.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), and root cause analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, medical devices, automotive).
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Lead Auditor certification for relevant quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485).
• Demonstrated success in implementing Lean principles within a quality system.
