The Role We're looking for a creative, driven, and detail-orientedMarketing Specialistto join the Altus team at our Grand Rapids, MI headquarters. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing, this is a hands-on role at the center of how Altus presents itself to the market from the sales assets our team puts in front of customers, to the campaigns that drive new pipeline, to the events where we show the world what we're building. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage spreadsheets from a distance. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, own-your-outcomes, make-things-happen position with real visibility and real impact in a rapidly growing healthcare technology company. What You'll Do Branding, Design & Content Development
- Develop and maintain on-brand marketing and sales assets including presentations, sell sheets, product collateral, case studies, and digital content
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all Altus touchpoints, reinforcing our position as a leader in healthcare workflow solutions
- Create compelling content that communicates the value of Altus solutions including virtual care, fleet management, and workstation technologies to clinical, IT, and executive audiences
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, build, and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media (including LinkedIn), paid channels, and the web
- Drive top-of-funnel lead generation in support of both direct and channel sales efforts
- Manage and optimize the Altus web presence and contribute to SEO and content marketing strategies
Campaign Tracking & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Use data to inform decisions, optimize spend, and demonstrate marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Maintain dashboards and reports for the marketing team and leadership
Events Coordination
- Coordinate Altus participation in trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events including major healthcare IT events like HIMSSLinkedIn, as well as regional and partner events
- Manage logistics, booth materials, pre- and post-event communications, and lead capture
What We're Looking For
- 24 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, healthcare technology, manufacturing, or a similarly technical field
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong writing and storytelling skills you can translate complex solutions into clear, compelling messages
- Experience with digital advertising, social media marketing, and/or SEO
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- A self-starter mentality you're comfortable working with autonomy and taking ownership of outcomes
- Experience with trade show or event coordination is a plus
