Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A - Vehicle Sales & Service
- Own end-to-end financial planning and reporting for Vehicle Sales, including forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reviews.
- Partner with the Commercial Service Team to manage service, warranty and collision sales.
- Develop and maintain reporting and analysis for price, volume, and mix (PVM), gross margins, and key business KPIs.
- Build strong partnerships with eCommerce, Product, and Marketing leaders to align business drivers and translate them into financial impacts.
- Support implementation and refinement of financial tools and reporting processes using Adaptive Planning and NetSuite.
- Help develop and scale planning processes, dashboards, and data sources to support ongoing growth in the Revenue and Margin business.
- Contribute to business cases, scenario modeling, and decision support for new product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Director of Commercial FP&A and other Finance leaders to support consolidated reporting and insights.
- 8+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or financial operations-focused role with exposure to planning, forecasting, or performance reporting.
- Strong comfort with financial systems and tools—experience with Adaptive Planning and NetSuite is a plus.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and margin analysis; experience with product- or category-level reporting preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-service mindset when working with business partners.
- Analytical thinker with a desire to improve processes, tools, and decision-making through data and structure.
