Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the high availability, reliability, and security of all IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of network infrastructure, servers, and endpoint devices across the plant.
• Lead the implementation and integration of manufacturing-specific applications, such as MES, ERP modules, and automation software.
• Provide expert technical support and incident management to minimize downtime for production and business users.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, vendor relationships, and procurement of technology solutions.
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery plans to protect critical data and systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through technology adoption, data analytics, and process optimization within the manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications (ERP, MES) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven understanding of manufacturing processes, operational technology (OT), and the integration of IT/OT systems for Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams, project portfolios, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with manufacturing goals, drive efficiency, and support digital transformation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, adept at supporting critical manufacturing systems and collaborating with operational stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA/PLC integration.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and concepts (e.g., Industrial IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing).
• Knowledge of IT/OT convergence and cybersecurity best practices for operational technology (OT) environments.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
