Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events from start to finish. This role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering seamless and impactful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution

• Work with clients to determine event objectives, timelines, and budgets

• Source and manage vendors, venues, and event staff

• Create detailed event timelines, floor plans, and logistical plans

• Oversee on-site setup, execution, and teardown

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations

• Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports

• Collaborate with internal departments to align event goals with company strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented in dynamic environments
