The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all quality control processes, inspections, and testing activities across manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Manage non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits, including supplier quality assessments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the quality assurance and control team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, including leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and root cause analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specific industry regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and auditing supplier quality programs.
