Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet production targets and schedules.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production line staff, fostering a productive work environment.

• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to optimize production efficiency and resolve operational issues.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Yellow Belt, Green Belt)
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce
• Familiarity with automated production lines or robotics
