MULTIPLE POSITIONS

Test Manager : Job Duties: Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee all testing phases. Identify functional and non-functional requirements and provide guidance to software validation teams. Interact with the stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met. Review and manage test plans and schedules for each test phase, including configuration, unit, functional, integration, parallel, and user acceptance testing. Prepare project plans and track project tasks/status. Review metrics to manage the project's health, efforts, and defects. Identify project risks and guide the team to mitigate the same for each activity. Lead the test team in the execution of all test phases. Facilitate test meetings and escalate to the project management team as needed. Monitor issues/defects for trends and provide metrics to the customer project teams. Oversee requirement traceability through all test phases. Manage and oversee the test team to ensure timely test execution, proper test result documentation, timely defect/issue reporting, and timely retests. Mentor and train the test team in testing best practices and various testing methodologies. Requirements: Master's or equivalent in Engineering (any), IT, or related and 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a software designer, developer, tester, analyst, or related occupation in the automotive domain. Alternatively, we will accept a Bachelor's in the above-stated fields plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the above-stated occupations. Position is based out of 21333 Haggerty Road, Suite 100, Novi, MI 48375, and may be subject to relocation to various unanticipated work locations throughout the US. Rate of Pay: $104,83- 2.00/year.
