Key Responsibilities

• Consult with provided inbound leads to understand their financial goals and recommend the best mortgage solutions.
• Originate and structure residential mortgage loans, guiding clients seamlessly from application to funding.
• Collect and analyze applicant financial information to assess eligibility and risk.
• Maintain open, proactive communication with borrowers, processors, and underwriters to ensure a rapid, smooth closing process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, loan programs, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active and current NMLS license.
• Proven, verifiable track record of top-tier success as a Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator.
• Mastery of mortgage lending guidelines, loan products (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.), and processing procedures.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Relentlessly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
